central location easy access wide selection limited snacks water bottles missing dispensers

the location was central! i appreciated the easy access to local attractions. the room was well kept and very clean. the breakfast had a wide selection of food options, including gluten-free choices, which suited my dietary needs.

The rooftop bar was not fully operational . Snack options were limited. also, i found that water bottles were not complimentary in the room, unexpected.

high prices inconsistent temperature

the breakfast was really good, with a very wide selection available.

i was disappointed that the minibar prices were high, a bottle of water costed almost 5 euros. the air conditioning in my superior double room city view was difficult to regulate, the temperature was inconsistent. also, i noticed some stains on the carpet in the hallway outside my room.

Underwhelming stay. Room issues and extra charges

extra charges noticeable noise

I was not happy with the extra charges. we had to pay for a baby cot, which cost 50€ per day. Buying one would have been cheaper. the room was supposedly for three people, yet we paid extra. the furniture seemed old, and the street noise was noticeable. when we asked for a slightly later check-out, we were immediately told we would have to pay 50% of the day rate without checking availability.

The hotel provided a parking space, which required a reservation. The breakfast offered great selections. The rooftop bar provided amazing views!!!

amazing hotel in an amazing location

delicious breakfast wide assortment hotel modernization friendly staff

the service was friendly. the breakfast was delicious and it had a wide assortment of food, including cooked and made-to-order options. i especially liked that it was included in the hotel price. the hotel is modernized, very clean, with lots of closet and shelf space. the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

the rooftop bar was a bit disappointing because we could not get any snacks with our drinks , because the season was not open yet.

the hotel is located next to everything. everything seemed to be less than a ten minute walk away in either direction, super convenient. the hotel is also conveniently located across from a grocery store.

breakfast included a wide assortment of cooked and uncooked food. made-to-order options , so there was something for everyone. the quality and presentation of the food impressed me. i certainly started each day satisfied.

the hotel offers amenities such as a steam room and sauna. i found the rooftop bar and swimming pool had amazing views. it also featured a guitarist who serenaded us with beautiful songs one evening.
